Hi, I have the same issue.. I have Graphire 4 and was pretty satisfied with it until Maverics. Recenty I wrote to Wacom user support and got this reply:

Graphire 4 is 2007 I guess. Wow, that's as if my iPhone 3G (2008) couldn't even connect to my MacBook anymore because of Maverics.. I can't believe that realitevly simple positioning HW is so hard to make new drive for. So disapointed by Wacom. So much 😟
