Bamboo Tablet Model Cth-460 Drivers For Mac

I have a Wacom Bamboo CTH-460 that I've had for years and I wanted to dust it off today. I plug it in, windows searches for some drivers and comes back with some driver that has what looks like a mouse on it. Then the tablet starts to function and lights up. When I touch it with my finger it works like it should, when I try the pen it senses it but shows the orange light with no other response. I try a few different drivers restart my computer a few times. I try to uninstall those and install the one listed on the wacom website with CTH by it. I try the brand new one too and all to no avail. So I think HECK this thing is broken! I plug it into my laptop just to be sure (also Windows 10) and voila, it works like a charm. What am I doing wrong? How do I fix this? How do I get my bamboo CTH-460 working on my desktop with Windows 10 even though it works on my laptop? Thanks in advance! Sorry if this has been asked!
